Evelyne is an associate and possesses extensive expertise in corporate, commercial, and Intellectual Property law. She aids companies—both emerging and well-established—at various stages of their corporate lifecycle, including initial incorporation, venture capital fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. She is also adept at structuring and negotiating technology transactions.
Evelyne is an alumna of the University of Leuven (KU Leuven), holding a Master’s degree as well as an advanced Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and ICT Law.
